Terms of Use

Last revised: September 20, 2026

The website at supralittoral.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Supralittoral LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may access and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content, or use the Site to build a competing product, without our written permission. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, and design — is owned by Company or its licensors.

2. Our services

Content on the Site describing our marketing, PR, and consulting services is for general informational purposes. Any specific engagement (scope, deliverables, fees) is governed by a separate written agreement between Company and the client, not by these Terms.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

SUPRALITTORAL provides marketing, public relations, and launch-strategy services. Results such as press coverage, sales performance, audience growth, or launch outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform decisions, and third-party editorial judgment. We do not guarantee specific results, and case studies or track-record figures described on the Site are not a promise of future performance for any other client or project.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, our booking/scheduling tool). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is capped at $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for claims within that court’s jurisdictional limits. Before filing any formal claim, we ask that you first contact us at hello@supralittoral.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
